At ByKudrat, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 18k gold-plated, tarnish-free jewelry. We want you to love your new pieces; however, please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the date your package was delivered.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Packaging: Jewelry must be returned in its original branded packaging (including any pouches or boxes).
Non-Damaged: We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
How to Process an Exchange
Contact Us: Email our team at support.bykudrat@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Review: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Inspection: Upon receiving your package, we will inspect the item. If it meets our "unworn and undamaged" criteria, we will issue your exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will resolve this immediately at no additional cost to you.
