No refund is offered on shipments that are not accepted by the customer. 

In case of any discrepancies faced with the delivery of the order, the customer is required to notify ByKudrat within 24 hours of the incident for us to review the same. No assistance will be provided after this time period.  

No refund is offered on used items or items purchased using a discount code.
